PRE - SOAK OR PREP SOAP - TRANSCLEAN This operation is usually done to remove soil from front and rare bumpers and areas hard to reach by the brushes. Also to remove road film from the edges around the glass surfaces. This product is usually applied through a pressure washer, but in some instances with a soft brush. Recommended dilution 1 parts to 100 parts water but is left to the discretion of the operator. |

PRESSURE WASH DETERGENT - TRANSCLEAN This product is designed for use in touch free operations. Unlike the American system which is two step system, ours is single step system. Brushless Transclean is diluted and sprayed on the car through an arch and rinsed by robotic pressure washer, the movement of these are controlled by the exterior shape f the vehicle. The dilution rate will depend on the weather and climatic conditions. During colder months we recommended 1 part to 160 parts of water, and during the summer months we recommend 1part to 40 parts of water. Water temperature, Water pressure, Water volume and Water hardness will profoundly affect the performance of this operation. May need soft brushing of the windshield soon after a rainfall. |
